Are the items not quite what you had in mind? Too bad, but this can happen.

You have 14 days (counting from the day you received the order) to return the items to the return address below. When we have successfully received your return and it meets the return conditions, you will be refunded the amount within 10 working days to the account with which you paid the order.

The products must be in original condition, unworn and with original price label. The return costs are for the account of the consumer and at your own risk. The consumer is responsible for any damage or loss (due to transport).

That is why it can be useful to send your package using a tracking code, so that you have proof of shipment.

Note: Sale items CANNOT be returned.

Exchange Do you want to exchange the same item for a different size? Which can. It is best to contact us by sending an email to  and get started right away.

We will process your exchange within three working days.
